Where does the coffee come from?
Our coffee originates from Nepal, in the Solukhumbu region - the same high-altitude area where Mount Everest stands. The pure mountain air, glacier-fed water, and unique microclimate give this coffee its distinctive character. It is grown by local farmers in small batches, hand-picked, and processed using traditional methods. The roasting takes place at 2,700 meters, which is an exceptional rarity worldwide.
What type of coffee is it?
It is 100% high-altitude arabica, sustainably grown by small-scale farmers and local communities in Solukhumbu.
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes. Every batch is roasted in small quantities right before shipping, ensuring the freshest possible flavor profile.
What roasting profiles are available?
Medium Roast: balanced, clean aroma with an elegant character Dark Roast: full-bodied, deeper, and harmoniously roasted flavor

How should I store the coffee?
For the best results: keep it sealed in the valve bag store it away from light, moisture, and heat keep at room temperature
Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as the package is still in preparation. Once it has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Is the coffee vegan/gluten-free?
Yes. Our coffee is 100% Arabica, free from additives, naturally gluten-free, and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does the coffee stay fresh after shipping?
When stored properly, the coffee retains its aroma for several months after roasting, supported by our airtight, freshness-preserving packaging.
